This Digital Streaming Partnership Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the Effective Date between Dexaz Groups (Platform Provider — Digital Streaming Platform and Ecosystem Operator), TNPVC Interiors (Ecosystem Partner — Domain Expert, Client Network, and Product Ecosystem Partner) and the Individual Member identified herein.
Dexaz Groups and TNPVC Interiors are collectively referred to as "the Platform." Each Agreement binds one (1) individual Member exclusively. This Agreement is not transferable or assignable without prior written consent from Dexaz Groups.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Dexaz Groups ("Dexaz", "we", "us") and TNPVC Interiors collect, use, store, share and protect personal information of Members and Applicants under the Digital Streaming Partnership Membership Agreement. By submitting your details and accepting this Policy, you consent to the practices described herein, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. Information We Collect
(a) Identity Data: full legal name, date of birth, gender, photograph. (b) Government Identification: Aadhaar number (last 4 digits visible for verification), PAN number, address proof. (c) Contact Data: email, mobile number, residential address. (d) Financial Data: bank account details for revenue distribution, PAN for TDS, GST (if applicable). (e) Professional Data: prior engagements, directorships, freelancing disclosures. (f) Digital Data: IP address, device identifier, browser, login timestamps, session activity on Dexaz platforms.
3. Purpose of Collection
Personal information is collected to: verify Member identity and prevent fraud; execute and administer the Digital Streaming Partnership Membership Agreement; process revenue distributions and statutory tax deductions (TDS under the Income Tax Act, 1961); ensure compliance with KYC, anti-money-laundering and Companies Act 2013 norms; deliver platform services and communications; defend legal claims and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
4. Aadhaar & Sensitive Personal Data
Aadhaar information is collected solely for identity verification, in line with the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 and UIDAI guidelines. Aadhaar numbers are masked at rest, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and accessible only to authorized verification personnel. We do NOT use Aadhaar for profiling, marketing or sharing with third parties. You may request masking or deletion at any time, subject to statutory retention requirements.
5. Lawful Basis
We process personal data on the lawful bases of: (i) your express consent provided through this form; (ii) performance of the Agreement to which you are a party; (iii) compliance with legal obligations under Indian law; and (iv) legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Dexaz–TNPVC ecosystem.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
Personal data may be shared with: (a) TNPVC Interiors as the Ecosystem Partner; (b) tax authorities, regulators and courts as required by law; (c) banking partners for revenue disbursement; (d) authorized auditors and legal counsel under strict confidentiality; (e) IT service providers and cloud infrastructure vendors bound by data-processing agreements. We do NOT sell personal data to third parties for marketing.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable security practices as prescribed under Rule 8 of the SPDI Rules, 2011, including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, audit logging, multi-factor authentication for privileged access, periodic vulnerability assessments and incident response procedures. Despite these measures, no system is absolutely secure; you acknowledge transmission risks inherent to the internet.
8. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of your Membership and for 8 years thereafter, or longer where mandated by tax, contract or other statutory law. Upon expiry of retention, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccuracies; request masking or deletion (subject to retention obligations); withdraw consent for non-statutory processing; nominate a representative under the DPDP Act 2023; and lodge a grievance with our Data Protection Officer.
10. Cookies & Analytics
We use first-party cookies and analytics tools to maintain sessions, secure logins and improve platform experience. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser; essential cookies are required for the platform to function.
11. Children
Membership and the Agreement are restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Any data inadvertently collected will be deleted upon verification.
12. Cross-Border Transfers
Where data is processed outside India by our cloud or service providers, we ensure equivalent protection through standard contractual clauses and provider certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2). Transfers comply with Section 16 of the DPDP Act 2023 and any restrictions notified by the Central Government.
13. Grievance Officer

14. Updates to this Policy
This Privacy Policy may be revised. The latest version will be published on www.dexaz.in with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to active Members via registered email.
15. Consent
By ticking the consent boxes on the registration form and submitting your Aadhaar and identity details, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accept the terms of the Digital Streaming Partnership Membership Agreement and this Privacy Policy.
